It’s pretty good but I wouldn’t say it’s one of the best taco places I’ve been to by a long shot. I don’t mind the dive atmosphere and prices are very reasonable, but it’s lacking in style and flavor for me. They aren’t afraid of spice but there was only heat for me and no real flavors. Still a cool joint to check out but I think the reviews raised my expectations too much

I love street tacos, and in my travels I'm always looking for the best a city has. I've had a few options in Denver, and there were the best I've had in a while. It's cheap, run by nice people, full of flavor, and made me want more. The location is nothing special, but this is about the tacos. Loves the brisket, carne, and pork.

This place is delicious. Best tacos in Aurora, CO. In addition, when you come to eat at this place, you are taken on an imaginary trip to the beautiful streets of Mexico city. The restaurant's simple decoration, attentive and friendly staff, smell, and food presentation, makes you feel as if you were in your favorite tacos stand in Mexico. I recommend to try their sopes, tacos de barbacoa, tacos de tripita "bien dorada," tortas de pastor, or their Menudo. ¡Buen provecho!

Delicous no frills tacos, sopas, burritos authentic style.. Great place the whole family works there, even the adorable kiddos come help after school and everyone is very friendly even if you don't speak Spanish..the salsa bar with free marinated jalepenos, carrots, and onions is delicous..place can get packed is the price ya pay..and speakin of price its affordable..no high price just because you want some tacos, the way it should be

Happened to be in the area and wanted some good tacos! We found Tacos Selene & had some great food. They were friendly & the food came out in 5 min. The salsa was good as well. If you are looking to have something other than tacos, their carnitas quesadillas are really tasty!

Great place for authentic Mexican food. The atmosphere hopefully has improved a bit. It reminds me of a cafeteria, only as clean as the patrons leave it. This is a fantastic find if you're in the area or passing through!!!

Visiting from Tx and these are wonderful. Everything was fresh and tastes great. The prices are very reasonable. Lots of seating wasnt expecting so much room inside.

I literally had to stop myself from going here 2x a week! It's that good!!! I get the beef tacos, everything on it with a side of mild sauce...Very satisfying, I hope they never go out of business.

Forget the pretense of upscale billed taco joints and get the real deal for a fraction of the price here!The tacos served up here are nothing short of authentic and enjoyed by people from all walks. We've worked with the owners to cater large official functions and they've been nothing short of professional and always a crowd pleaser.

Just a small restaurant but dang the food is good and so reasonably priced! I've never had anything from Tacos Selene that I haven't loved. I work just minutes away and it's my go to place when I'm super hungry! I even got my co-worker loving the place and he goes more than I do! They do get super busy at lunch time so I always call and order my food to go.

Good Mexican food that is inexpensive. The Torta Especial was really good. Some people judge places by the tacos but I tend to use the Torta. This was one of the better ones I've had. The Selena salsa definitely gives it a strong but tasty kick.

OMG best tacos i have had in colorado so far. The place was busy but well worth the wait and the prices were great 1.50 steak taco yes please.

Decent food in an authentic style. Inexpensive. No frills. Walk up window service. No seating. Better food than chain places, but Taqueria Corona is better yet, and you can sit inside.

Traditional food. In other words: done right! Shredded pollo, barbacoa, & adovada tacos were delicious. Variety of salsas to choose from. Sopes are also very good & filling as well.

Hearty portions, affordable prices, food full of flavor, and family owned. It's not hard to love this restaurant!

Absolutely authentic Mexican food. There specialties are the tacos obviously. The best tacos in my opinion are the trips, asada, and pastor. Those. Are the top 3 tacos. If you got the munchies come here.

Good authentic mexican food

This is my kind of taco place. Everything is fresh, several varieties of salsa, and every time I go in the place is hopping. It's an incredible value.

Reminds me of being back home in LA. Taco are the best especially with an ice cold Mexican coke cola

the service here is really great the customer service especially they got my order wrong twice and they gave me a credit both times and apologize you can tell that they take care of their customers tacos are super good I love them not that expensive either the only thing is that I did get a quesadilla twice and both times they weren't that great did you cut it into like triangles kind of well let's just say that two of them out of the four slices have barely anything. Cheese plenty but meat spme pieces had literally like a tablespoon of meat.

Their Menudo is fantastic. Ordered Menudo and 2 orders of barbacoa tacos, so so good. My order was ready to go, as I walked in, this place was a FULL HOUSE! Makes perfect sense since the food is so good. Will continue to come here and feed my family this fresh delicious food. Oh and btw, we are from Corpus Christi, Texas. Taco Selene has it goin on!

Wow, best burrito ever, Staff are skilled and friendly. I haven't been for a few years due to how crowded it was and the disorganization of space. The remodel is amazing, plenty of space for the line and people to sit and the food is Top notch. I highly recommend Tacos Selene.

Tacos Selene is delicious! If you are looking for authentic Mexican street tacos look no further! I have tried every meat they have and it is all incredible! The meat is always tender and well flavored. The staff is very welcoming and willing to give recommendations. If you are in the area definitely check out this hidden gem!

Just look at this plate of pure fire! If there is one thing I crave, it is a burrito equivalent to swallowing the Sun! This burrito with the sauces made it one of the best I’ve ever had. Five minutes from Buckley AFB in Aurora. Great staff, great prices and I won’t be visiting Chipotle anytime soon. In the pic: Chicken & rice burrito with raw Serrano pepper‘s, raw habanero peppers, pico, red onions, spicy red chili sauce, habanero sauce and roasted green chili sauce.

I once saw a review that said "Run don't walk to this establishment." I couldn't agree more. Tacos Selene is a hidden gem of tasty tacos at an affordable price. This isn't the place to impress someone on atmosphere alone, people come here for the delicious tacos. Add a little fire and spice with the salsa bar and top it off with a few limes. You won't regret your visit!

Great cheap and affordable Tacos! The Carne Asada Burrito was great! The sauces they had there was also great and taste well.

Always a good place to eat. I have had their Tortas, tacos and quesadillas. All of them are excellent. The staff is friendly. The restaurant is clean. The seating is adequate, since they expanded from just the end unit. Overall a great place to get good, real, Mexican food.

Fantastic place for authentic mexican food. Every time I go the food and the staff are great excellent salsa bar as well! You may experience a bit of a line around noon but that's because the food is excellent.

Never lets me down. Go to for quick, quality and tasty food. Eat here a few times a month. Pricing is amazing as well. Give it a shot!

Great food for a great price

Customer service is absolutely horrendous. No skills to talk to people I fact there is a lady I don't know her name but I will do my homework and find out who she is... I don't recommend this place at all food taste generic seem to be like one of the place that don't eve care about going the extra mile to satisfy their clients.. So is a no I don't recommend it and definitely I would go eat there
